There's nothing quite like sticky, fall-off-the-bone pork ribs — and with your air fryer, you can have them on the table in under an hour. No smoker, no BBQ, no fuss.
Ingredients
- 1kg pork ribs, cut into individual pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine soy sauce, honey, hoisin, brown sugar, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl. Reserve half the marinade.
- Coat ribs in the remaining marinade and rest for 20 minutes (or overnight for best results).
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Cook ribs for 25 minutes, turning halfway.
- Brush with reserved marinade, increase to 200°C, and cook a further 8–10 minutes until caramelised and sticky.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
