Air Fryer Sticky Pork Ribs

Air Fryer Sticky Pork Ribs

There's nothing quite like sticky, fall-off-the-bone pork ribs — and with your air fryer, you can have them on the table in under an hour. No smoker, no BBQ, no fuss.

Ingredients

  • 1kg pork ribs, cut into individual pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Combine soy sauce, honey, hoisin, brown sugar, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl. Reserve half the marinade.
  2. Coat ribs in the remaining marinade and rest for 20 minutes (or overnight for best results).
  3. Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Cook ribs for 25 minutes, turning halfway.
  4. Brush with reserved marinade, increase to 200°C, and cook a further 8–10 minutes until caramelised and sticky.
  5. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with steamed jasmine rice and a simple cucumber salad.
