Easy Pork Dumplings

Looking for a new additional to your weekly meal rotation? Try making these homemade pork dumplings for an easy night in with friends to cook, create and connect.

To make these extra easy, check out our Dumpling Mould that'll have you filling and sealing the dumplings in no time!

What you'll need:

  • 500g pork mince
  • 1 carrot, finely diced
  • 1 spring onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp crushed ginger
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 50 dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • soy sauce
  • sweet chili sauce
  • steamed greens to serve

How it's made:

  • Mix all filling ingredients and chill until ready to use (prep the day before for convenience!).
  • Spoon 1 tablespoon of the filling into each dumpling wrapper. Brush the edges with water and fold into a half-moon shape, pinching to seal. Using an automatic dumpling mould makes this step even easier!
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook dumplings until golden and crisp, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Service with a mix of soy sauce and sweet chili for dipping, and some steamed greens on the side.
