Healthy Banana Chips

Craving a healthy, crunchy snack? These homemade banana chips are simple to make, naturally sweet, and a perfect guilt-free treat.

What you'll need:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water

How its made:

  • Peel the bananas and slice them evenly into thin rounds (about 5mm thick).
  • Mix the lemon juice and water in a small bowl.
  • Dip each banana slice into the lemon water mixture to prevent browning. 
  • Arrange the banana slices in a single layer on the dehydrator trays.
  • Set the dehydrator to 60 degrees C and dry for 8-12 hours, until crisp. 
  • Let the chips cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
