What you'll need:

- 2 1/2 cups lukewarm water
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 7 cups plain flour, plus extra as needed
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
How it's made:

- Add flour, salt, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Mix on low speed with the paddle attachment.

- Shape the dough into a ball, place in a lightly oiled bowl, and cover. Let rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough, knead briefly, then let it rise again for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough, top with your favourite ingredients, and bake in a pizza oven for 2 minutes or a regular oven at 220 degrees C for 10-15 minutes.
