Want to learn the secret to juicy chicken breast? Follow these steps:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C
  • Pound chicken breasts to make them even in thickness
  • Season your chicken with your preferred spices (paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper)
  • Heat a cast iron grill pan over medium-high heat on the stove
  • Once hot, melt some butter or oil in the pan
  • Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes, getting a good sear on one side
  • Flip the chicken, then immediately transfer to the oven in the same pan (if suitable)
  • Cook for 13 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75C
