- Preheat your oven to 200C
- Pound chicken breasts to make them even in thickness
- Season your chicken with your preferred spices (paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper)
- Heat a cast iron grill pan over medium-high heat on the stove
- Once hot, melt some butter or oil in the pan
- Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes, getting a good sear on one side
- Flip the chicken, then immediately transfer to the oven in the same pan (if suitable)
- Cook for 13 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75C
